IFAMTECH signs a landmark agreement with the Ministry of Youth and Civic Education (MINJEC) to provide direct employment pipelines and internships for our graduates.
IFAMTECH Higher Institute of Professional Studies is proud to announce a strategic partnership with the Ministry of Youth and Civic Education (MINJEC). This landmark agreement is designed to bridge the gap between academic training and professional employment, ensuring that our students are not just educated, but actively integrated into the workforce.
Through this collaboration, IFAMTECH students will benefit from exclusive internship opportunities across various government projects and private sectors managed by the Ministry. Furthermore, civic education workshops will be integrated into our curriculum to foster a sense of national responsibility and professional ethics.
One of the most significant aspects of this partnership is the direct pipeline into the National Youth Observatory's employment database. This means our graduates will have priority access to job listings and recruitment drives specifically tailored for young professionals in Cameroon.
This initiative aligns with our mission to produce not just graduates, but industry-ready professionals who are ready to contribute to Cameroon's emergence. We believe that by working closely with government bodies like MINJEC, we can provide our students with the best possible start to their professional lives.
Our Director emphasized during the signing ceremony that 'Professionalism is not just about what you know, but how you apply it in the service of your community and country.' This partnership is a testament to that philosophy.
